Becoming CLODs – by Gary

Currently moored in Hobart's beautiful Prince of Wales Bay – here is our neighbour

We are well embarked on a period transition – shedding our sea gypsy guise and turning back in to 'dirt dwellers'.  High school beckons.  Zeke and Nina are now fully enrolled, fully uniformed, fully equipped with new backpacks, new sharp pencils the lot – all set to go.

So their first day has finally arrived and they climb in to the family car
(yep, you heard right, we already have the family car)

Don't they look pleased to be going???

Well at least one person is genuinely pleased – the driver.
This is the first time Vicki has driven our new (to the family) car – and she likes it!

Vicki drops the kids in the city – where they transfer to a bus to take them the rest of the way (to purgatory).
